In her practice, Deborah finds that many, many physical and emotional difficulties can be reduced or eliminated through good, basic whole-food nutrition.
(see Deborah's letter on her 5th year anniversary post cancer)
Medical research shows good nutrition and good health go hand-in-hand -- especially when it comes to the health benefits of eating fresh, raw fruits and vegetables. Fruits and veggies can strengthen our immune system, prevent or slow the development of degenerative diseases, and contribute to good health in many other ways.
Unfortunately, most of us don't get nearly enough fruits and vegetables -- especially not every day. And depending upon how we choose, store and prepare them, the produce we do eat may be over-processed, over-cooked, or too far removed from the field for optimal nutrition. But with some education, we can make better choices.
